It also has a digital media strategy that is optimised for the ROBO customer (research online, buy offline) as well as the customer needs, inclusive of a usability and prototyping program that maximises resources and budgets to achieve continuous improvement in the customer journey.
Bevan’s extensive career began in Banking, seeing him implement and execute strategy in areas including internet banking, online product applications and website design. This significant grounding in the digital industry has seen him continue to innovate and deliver a Remarkable Retail experience to The Good Guys customers no matter when, where or how they shop.
