Belal enjoys finding ways to improve the recruiting process through structured behavior/situation based questions, implementing sourcing/recruiting strategies, branding, removing unconscious bias, recruiting research, improving candidate experience, and coaching. When Belal is not at work, he enjoy spending time with family & friends, playing/watching basketball, watching stand up comedy, listening to an array of podcasts, bike riding (when Michigan weather permits), and hiking.
