Beci Orpin is an illustrator, designer, art director & author based in Melbourne, Australia. She has been working as a freelancer for 20 years across various disciplines such as textile design, illustration, graphic design and product design. Some of her clients include Urban Outfitters, Gorman, Burton, MIFF, VISA and CUB. In addition to this, she is the creative director for Good Hustle Hospitality (Taco Truck, Beatbox Kitchen, All Day Donuts).
Beci’s work has been described as graphic, colourful, bold, feminine, nostalgic, dream-like, and has been exhibited in many group and solo shows around the world. She has also authored / art directed / illustrated four DIY books (Hardie Grant /Rizzoli/ Chronicle), and one kids book (Penguin). She is currently working on her sixth book which will be released in 2018.
Beci lives with her two sons, Tyke and Ari, two cats and partner Raph, with whom she runs all her businesses with.
