Becca is currently the Career Coach and Partnerships Lead for General Assembly. She primarily focuses on helping others realize their full potential within the tech industry while making lasting, meaningful connections.
Having experience at both startups and agencies in DC and Denver, Becca's background lies in tech and UX recruiting for a variety of roles. She discovered her passion for developing talent and relationships as a member of the Talent Management team at Effective Inc, where she hired and onboarded over 150 new employees and hosted around 150 happy hours.
Becca believes most lasting relationships are built over mimosas or bottle of Rosé.
