Ayana C. Galace is a Field Representative and Asian Pacific Islander community liaison for California State Assemblymember Rob Bonta (District 18), staffing issue areas such as Housing & Community Development, Education, Immigration, Veterans Affairs, & Cannabis. Previously, Ayana served as a legislative intern on Capitol Hill with Congressman Juan Vargas (CA-51) and with the Asian Pacific Islander Legislative Caucus at the State Capitol in Sacramento. Ayana was heavily involved with the Filipino/Pilipinx community in college and, in 2016, co-wrote and directed the 25th Annual Pilipinx Cultural Celebration at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Ayana graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2018 with a B.A. in Public Policy/Political Science.
