After completing a recruiting internship and graduating from Colgate University, Austin joined Talener in New York City. While working through the ranks, Austin became an expert in the Product & Project Management IT market. His specialization and knack for creating strong, meaningful relationships catapulted his career to a management role and then as the Director of the Los Angeles office. He immediately took on the Software Engineering and Quality Assurance space and has built out the Los Angeles team to nearly 20 people across three areas of technology.
