I’m an audio junkie turned software engineer. After 15 years of working in the world of audio and learning about the music business, I felt complacency setting in and decided I needed to ramp up my skill-set in a big way. With the industry that I knew so well being so dependent on software, I saw it as a natural transition to start learning how those technologies worked behind the scenes. After researching the SEI program at General Assembly and doing some self-learning, I was sold. I dove head first into the software engineering world and have never given it a second thought.
Outside of software and coding, I can be found playing music, recording and experimenting with sound, or building recording equipment. If I’m not messing with audio or code, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend and our dog.
