Ashley Wilson is MailChimp’s Employee Happiness Ambassador. She started at MailChimp in 2009 on the tech support team and has seen the company grow from 20 employees to more than 500. Since 2014, she’s organized company events that help strengthen MailChimp’s unique culture, including a weekly Coffee Hour series featuring guest speakers like Big Boi and Ken Jennings. She also coordinates MailChimp’s community involvement with local organizations including Trees Atlanta, Fugees Family, and Habitat for Humanity, plus events like the Inman Park Parade and Pride Atlanta. Ashley lives in Cabbagetown with her boyfriend, dog, and 4 porch kitties.
