Ashley is the Chief of Staff at ReWork, a social enterprise focused advancing the world of meaningful work by placing talented professionals in key roles at impact-driven organizations and by teaching teams powerful frameworks and skills to propel their impact. Some of her most meaningful work involves teaching teams how to approach challenges more collaboratively in a way that draws creativity out of employees and stakeholders. In the last three years, she and her team have worked with over 250 impact-driven organizations around the globe, including the U.S. Green Building Council, Harvard University, the Piton Foundation, and the United Nations Development Programme in Kyrgyzstan.
Ashley began her career consulting for hospitals, helping them retain a few more pennies on each dollar by making processes more efficient. She then joined Chipotle Mexican Grill's corporate team using human-centered design to develop their corporate culture strategy. She holds a BA in Philosophy, a BA in Psychology, and a Certificate in Leadership Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
