His works range from defining a digital engagement and experience strategy for the largest telcos in Indonesia and Thailand, defining a regional digital strategy and market entry applications (S. Korea, Singapore) for a global insurance brand, conducting research and defining a customer experience strategy roadmap for a global luxury retail group across 10 Asian markets, to creating modular data visualization tools for one of the largest banks in the world.
