Annie Lin is the Director of Employee Experience at Lever, which is building modern recruiting software that interviewers, managers, recruiters, and entire companies love using. Annie's team serves as the organization's strategic internal partners, ensuring that all employees have the space, skills, support, and physical and psychological safety that enable them to do their best work and own their own growth. Prior to Lever, Annie built company-wide and team-specific people programs at HotelTonight that helped drive performance, retention, and engagement. Annie is passionate about building inclusive workplaces where people can be both happy and productive, and brings a combination of People Ops, education, team leadership, business operations, and data analysis experiences to her work.
