Annelise is a User Researcher, UX designer, and published psychology professional with experience in government services, non-profit sector, and VR/AR. She is currently applying her skills as a User Research Assistant at Oculus VR in Redmond, WA.
Before journeying into the world of UX, she earned an M.A. in Human Development from Washington State University and worked as a prevention science researcher studying the health effects of animal-assisted therapies for at-risk youth.
When she’s not advocating for universal design, you can find her playing Zelda: Breath of the Wild, catching a local show, or searching for the best snacks in Seattle.
