    Ann Hudspeth

Ann Hudspeth is a User Experience professional with over 20 years of design, UX and leadership experience. She started her tech career as the first employee of a financial start-up in the 1990's, made her way to an agency as a project manager, and then ended up at Microsoft in the year 2000. At Microsoft, Ann worked as a Product Designer on both web and software experiences, including MSN, Hotmail, Windows Live Social, Messenger, Windows, and Microsoft Support. After 13 years at Microsoft, she decided to move back to her hometown of Austin, TX, where she ended up at Dell. Ann lead the Dell Sales Application UX team, and then moved to an open source eCommerce platform developer called Magento.

Ann received a BA in anthropology from Vassar College and an MBA from University of Washington. Her anthropology background underlies my strong commitment to customer advocacy, and her MBA strengthens her focus on strategy and data driven decision making.

In her free time, Ann helps animal advocacy non-profits with marketing, lobbying, and outreach and travels the countryside with her four dogs in her Jayco travel trailer.
