As Head of Recruitment for ThoughtWorks Australia, I help identify talent, build working teams, and ensure we continue to attract top technical talent. By inspiring my team to see the bigger picture and giving them guidance when they need it, I continue to foster an environment where my team is empowered.

With vast recruitment delivery experience, my portfolio has been diverse - encompassing Technology, Sales, Executive level and Digital Recruitment. I enjoy being hands on and love finding creative recruiting solutions for hard to fill roles.

I employ my expertise to coach Hiring Managers on strategic sourcing, interviewing techniques, employer branding, talent analytics and other modern Talent strategies. I lead by providing clear direction and goals, along with the necessary resources and tools. This inspires the people around me to build on their strengths and reach their full potential.

I am relentless in my pursuit to address the gender diversity gap in the technology industry by being a key contributor to ThoughtWorks overall diversity strategy.
