Anise is a Resilience Coach who believes that work is often much more stressful than it needs to be. She works with people who feel overwhelmed, have been through challenging times and want to do things differently. This includes promoting the stress relieving, health enhancing, mood lifting and thinking improving wonders of wandering.
In 2015, Anise created Walk Coach Learn to offer coaching and Resilience Walks that help answer the question, how can I work in ways that are good for my wellbeing? This year she’s been getting people from different cities and countries to walk and talk together via Zoom – it’s been moving and uplifting!
Anise has oodles of coaching qualifications and is a Mental Health First Aider. Her background is in Educational Technology in Higher Education. She can often be found wandering around London parks taking photos. She also has three daughters and a TedX talk on her experience of art therapy and breast cancer treatment.
