He is currently leading a team of data professionals to establish a global data analytic platform that will empower the senior management with insight in managing a critical risk type for 65 countries and 20 functions.

As a data expert, he has been helping the bank to train up data analyst for people from various educational backgrounds and countries. He believes that everyone can learn and apply data analytic skillset.
