Andrew is a Sydney based Senior Technology and Media Professional with over 20 years of digital business experience. At present, his focus is in the telecommunications sector in Australia, having previously led projects that span digital strategy and media content digital delivery in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore.
As Manager in the Experience Digital division of Optus, Andrew leads the digital transformation of online sales of mobile and fixed products for Optus and is currently launching Help & Support, which includes chat, search and knowledge management. More broadly, his remit is to drive mobile first implementation of digital services powered by analytics and sound UX design.
