Andrei Tsygankov has over six years of experience serving as the Managing Director and then additionally as General Counsel of a group of companies that specialize in contract manufacturing, export, domestic and international logistics, and international marketing and distribution of goods. Andrei’s main proficiency is in trademark law and general business law, including: domestic and international business transactions, entity formations and structuring, corporate governance, commercial negotiation, and contract drafting and review. Andrei has native language proficiency in both English and Russian.

Andrei has left his corporate management and in-house counsel position to become a Co-Founder and COO of SmartUp® – a company that makes legal services affordable for startups and small businesses without compromising the quality of legal work.
