Andrei Soen, who founded Park Bench Deli in 2014, has spent the last five years generating brand equity through consistent creativity and quality, garnering a broad following from dedicated brand evangelists.
Prior to founding Park Bench Deli, Andrei came to Singapore to set up ‘The Cajun Kings’ — another completely original concept in its time, which was resoundingly well received in the discerning Singaporean food scene. Before this, Andrei cut his teeth in San Francisco, where he began his career in F&B at a 250 cover family restaurant, before joining a F&B specialist consultancy firm to guide other entrepreneurs in the US. His cumulative 17 years working in the industry gives Andrei an intuitive understanding of the challenges and complexities of building a successful restaurant operation.
