Andrea Louie has experience in commercial transactions, and corporate law and governance. Her practice mainly involves helping small-cap companies bring products to market. She is a blockchain enthusiast and enjoys supporting her clients as they develop new technology. Born in Seattle and raised in Tacoma, Andrea is dedicated to her community and strives to support local organizations and entrepreneurs.
Before joining Martin Davis PLLC, Andrea practiced in the Corporate group of an Am Law 100 firm before joining a recently-acquired Seattle startup. Andrea’s work has taken her around the world—she has negotiated with a Fortune 100 country at their Swiss Headquarters, showcased mobile technology at SXSW, and accompanied her company’s executive team as they pitched partners in Japan.
When not at work, Andrea enjoys running (she is particularly fond of the marathon), participating in outdoor group fitness classes, honing her calisthenics skills, and improving her oral and written Mandarin and Cantonese abilities.
