Alvin is Head of Design Innovation at Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA). He designs and develops Command and Control systems and emerging digital technologies for Whole-of-Gov.
He is an advocate of Agile Methodologies, Human-Centred Design and Design Thinking.
Outside of work, he maintains a curated feed on Instagram as @lohver. He has a keen eye for design and is constantly on the lookout for innovative ideas.
