Alicia is an executive coach that works with leaders to identify their strengths and individual values. Once identified, she guides clients to leverage that unique footprint to both enhance their leadership profile within an organization and to increase their capacity as a leader. She helps clients understand where they are getting in their own way and partners with them to build skills and ignite behavior change required for their next level of leadership.
Alicia works with both emerging and seasoned leaders. Her experience with emerging leaders’ centers on high growth startups, like Cadre, Kinnek, Liftoff, and Sovrn. At larger organizations, her work focusses on developing increased capacity of existing leaders with clients from Google, Twitter, Airbnb, Oracle, Quora, Acxiom, Stanford, and UC Berkeley. She has coached nearly 1,000 hours and led more than 50 workshops.
In addition to her one on one work with individuals, Alicia partners with teams and organizations to build and facilitate training programs to forward a team’s evolution and cohesion. She is also the co-founder of Inside Out, an organization that provides experiences that challenge women to turn up their volume.
