  • How do women influence others and groups with and without authority, explore the gender dynamic around power?
  • How do women build resiliency skills and maintain a sense of empowerment in the workplace even when faced with difficult interpersonal dynamics?
  • What are the important relationships to cultivate (e.g mentors, peers, with men/women, networking etc.)?
  • You'll walk away with tangible, actionable advice for how you can navigate power structures, as well as important sources of support.
