Alexandria Noel Butler, affectionately known as Lexi B, is a professional storyteller, thought-leader, and self-proclaimed "freedom fighter". Regarded as one of Silicon Valley’s most outspoken and prominent voices, Lexi has spent the past five years empowering hundreds of professionals to own their seat at the corporate table by not just showing up but speaking up....and being heard. As a thought leader and influencer, Lexi describes her style as "militantly-free". Why? Because she has always been unapologetic about saying what’s ‘right’ for everyone vs. just saying the ‘right’ thing to get along. "I recognized early on that my voice mattered and everyone, whether they have a microphone or not, deserves to be heard and sometimes you must be a demand for it". Lexi has spoken at numerous events and led countless workshops on equity and inclusion topics for large companies. She uses her speaking and social media platforms to empower and inspire her diverse audience, and encourage them to lead with intentional equity, empathy and authenticity. Her signature keynotes and workshops are credited with helping companies generate authentic and engaging dialogue that elevates diverse perspectives and promotes equitable work environments.
She is also the founder of Sista Circle: Black Women in Tech, an online community that supports 8,600+ Black women working in tech professions.
