Alessia is currently the Marketing Manager APAC at 100offer, a talent marketplace where tech companies can hire top candidates, and the Ambassador of Indie Hackers in Singapore.
She started her career as the Assistant Editor and Journalist at StartupItalia!, the leading magazine about startups in Italy, and she was ranked among the 100 most influential Italian women in the digital sector at the age of 23. She has been actively fostering gender equality in the tech industry, organizing and moderating events about women in tech, while working for different fast-growing startups in 4 countries.
When not at work, you can find her hiking around Southeast Asia, reading books in hidden places or dancing Lindy Hop around Singapore.
