Adam had been in technology roles since the 90s in a variety of industries, including ecommerce, online travel, online marketing, financial services, healthcare, and oil and gas. He has led technical business transformations in global and multi-cultural environments, performed technical and product due-diligence and funding analysis for investors, provided mentoring for new technical and operational executives, and held a wide range of professional and management roles.
Adam's background is in Applied Mathematics, he helps companies change and use data more effectively, and his technical interests include online learning systems, high-frequency/low-latency data processing systems, recommender systems, distributed systems, and functional programming.
Most of his work in recent years has been focused on technical leadership and helping teams and companies become more productive by building their internal leadership capabilities, and in accelerating product development by providing technology and data architecture guidance.
