About this event

Most office workers spend the majority of the day seated in front of a screen - this isn't great for the body or the mind. Chair yoga can help relieve neck and shoulder tension, back pain, tension headaches, etc., and stress.

Prereqs & Preparation

None. This class is appropriate for beginners. Please arrive early to claim a chair.
