The Cannabis Industry is growing year over year and yet, women only occupy about 27% of all C-Suite positions in the American cannabis industry. Nearly a fraction of that 27% are women of color. For women of color in cannabis - race, class, and gender present additional barriers to entry and growth.

This panel will address the challenges and opportunities that women of color in cannabis face. During this discussion, we will cover inclusiveness in cannabis, social justice in cannabis, decriminalization and much more. We hope you can join us!
