    About this event

Researchers have estimated that 80% of decision making is emotional, and only 20% rational. Begin your Friday with this highly interactive session, focusing on women-specific leadership issues in the context of emotional intelligence.

Leaders (and aspiring leaders) will sharpen their teamwork and management skills by learning important EQ skills like self-awareness, professional presence, and empathetic listening. Specifically, this session will teach critical communication skills that are mandatory for any woman on a team that works on complex projects. Attendees will leave with actionable interpersonal skills and frameworks that increase the likelihood of their success.

Agenda: 8:00AM - 10:00AM which includes time for Q&A and networking.

In partnership with BigTalker, a professional development resource that helps teams build teamwork and communications skills.
