Hitting your mid-career crisis? Want more meaning in life but also don’t want to give up your financial security? Wondering what to do next?

In this short workshop, we will show you that meaning and financial security aren’t mutually exclusive by introducing you to a framework to think about the next stage of your career that enables you to have both and leave a legacy that you are proud of.

Working with like-minded leaders, you will work through our 3 stage process to drive impact with the following outcomes....

• Purpose - What’s your why? Take a step towards clarity on your purpose.
• Path - How do you bring that purpose to life whilst not giving up your financial security? Learn a new way of identifying opportunities and create strategies to do so.
• Action - How are you going to make it happen? Define an action to move you towards what’s next for you.

This session will be hosted by Kerry and Phil from Leaders For Good, a social enterprise founded to help leaders live more purposeful work lives and have more positive impact in the world. We fight to unlock the tremendous power of organisations as a force for good in the world, working for people and planet, not just profit.

• Download Zoom. Zoom is the video conferencing tool we will use. It works a lot like Google Hangouts or Skype. You will need to create an account in order to join the call.
