This conversation will introduce the most fundamental concepts of Product Design. We will cover why UX and Product Design is so important and what basic steps can/should be taken by designers to provide the best experience to their users. We will talk about failures and how to avoid common pitfalls. We will explain the meanings of and differences between concepts such as UX, UI, Research, Interaction Design etc. It is aimed at students with a lot of interest and some experience in online design and who may now want to see what it is like to work as a Product Designer.
