This talk explains ‘What wellbeing is‘ and how can we improve ours – at home, at work, and at play in 45 minutes.
It is well documented that high performance requires optimal levels of stamina and energy so that you are able to excel in your role at work as well as having plenty to still give to family, friends and community at home.
This talk helps the audience understand that personal wellbeing is a foundation for building boundless energy and explains how to create and maintain those energy levels – at home, at work, and at play. The talk will help the audience focus on the key factors of how individuals can build their personal wellbeing: sleep, hydration, nutrition, emotional resilience, physical activity and working smart. We will help the audience recognise key behaviour patterns and small steps in how they can start to change them to improve their own wellbeing.
In this talk, I will also explain how you can identify what causes the drain on your energy levels, and what you can do to change. I will encourage and explain to the audience how to develop healthy habits which help maintain your energy and improve your resilience, and help you achieve your personal goals.
