About this event

In this session, participants will step into empowered leadership and communication through the use of performance principles and experiential training methods. We will seek to build information around our own behavior and self-imposed limitations, what we need to shift in order to move more deeply into our power, and how we can lay a strong foundation for emotionally intelligent leadership. We utilize improv as a high impact tool for exploring presence, embracing failure, moving out of your comfort zone, and empowering yourself to realize your full potential. Having worked with a number of high profile professionals and working heavily in the tech and startup community, Minna has created Empowered Play as an acute reflection of the challenges expressed from her clients: how to own your voice, how to share your voice, and how to navigate empowered strategies for impactful communication.
