It should come as no surprise that we have run out of space for our rubbish. Yet, if we can recategorize once-valuable materials as waste, we can also recategorize waste as a valuable new raw material.
In this session, Treggiden will share innovative examples of designers and makers using waste as their primary resource. From a swing made out of human hair to furniture made from the by-products of shellfish and poultry production – Treggiden will demonstrate our capacity for change.
