About this workshop

The right UX tools, together with user experimentation and design thinking, can bring your business idea to life. In this class, we tap on the JBTD (Jobs To Be Done) philosophy, Empathy Mapping and the Value Proposition Canvas frameworks to maximise value for your target audience/consumers. Join us to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of user experimentation, as well as the steps needed to design and administer a user experiment. Students will get the opportunity to construct a UX strategy and process from a business idea — from user research to synthesis to idea concept to prototyping and testing.

This class does not cover UI, wireframing or feature tweaking.
