• Designer will explain the project and describe the design concerns (what they specifically want feedback on)
• Reviewers discuss the design while the designer takes notes
• Designer confirms/clarifies comments and feedback
• Attendees announce any job openings they have or if they themselves are looking for work
• Everyone mingles, networks, and talks UX
