Are able to adapt to new technologies and learn new languages and libraries.
Have clearly defined development processes.
Know how to identify and scope problems and research potential solutions.
Are confident and skilled in completing web-based projects as per requirements.
Can write clean, commented and tested code according to best practices.
Are able to present their work, articulate approaches and solutions to problems and explain any ideas for future features in a clear, concise manner and differentiated based on audience.
