Unlocking Innovation: A product strategy workshop for product managers & entrepreneurs

Learning hard skills around product strategy doesn’t automatically result in innovative thinking.

In this two hour workshop originally designed for Expedia, we will cover what needs to transform in yourself first to allow innovative thinking to flourish. Next, we’ll look at the product strategy lifecycle and what becomes possible when we have created the space and mindset for innovation.
