About this event

This Meetup is aimed at empowering those who want to do something about racism but struggle with what specifically to do, rooted in my own journey from growing up in a nearly all white community to becoming an antiracism activist and educator nationwide. Karen will be joining us from the Bay area in San Fransisco.

Meet the Speaker:

Karen Fleshman, Esq. is the founder of Racy Conversations.

Her mission is to inspire the first antiracist generation in the United States. She teaches people what racism is and how to relate across difference as equals, respect and learn from each other, raise antiracist children, and create interracial sisterhood. She speaks, facilitates workshops and townhalls, teaches online courses and webinars, coaches individuals, mediates between parties, and writes content about diversity, inclusion, and belonging for Huffington Post, Moguldom, and the GED Section.
