Often the images presented of depression are of people unable to function or isolated from others. But depression also shows up in ways less talked about, including in people who are socially active and over-achieving. What is this type of depression and how do we navigate it?

Join us for an interactive exploration of this experience, especially in relation to the Tech industry. How does this show up for us at work? How does Tech culture affect our experience? What strategies do we employ to navigate it? What changes could we make?

Mansi Goel, a former Google executive who navigates her own blues, and Dr. Erica Simon, a psychologist with almost fifteen years of clinical experience, will co-facilitate a discussion and workshop for those interested in a personal and shared exploration.
