About this class

This class will provide students with a comprehensive overview of Information Architecture, User Experience Design and Usability that can be used in pursuit of business objectives.

  • User Experience, the way that people feel when they interact with technology, has quickly become a great way to differentiate your product from the competition.

  • Information architecture used to be all about organising information contained within websites to make things easier to find and use. Now it is also used for so much more; to search for information, make retail purchases, negotiate business transactions and communicate with others.
