    In the last several years an increasing number of people from diverse backgrounds have transitioned into tech as professionals and leaders. Still, many career changers from underrepresented groups struggle to navigate biases in tech, challenges with building a professional community, and addressing their own imposter syndrome.

    This panel is for anyone interested in learning how career changers from underrepresented backgrounds--whether based on age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, language, and more--can navigate the realities of breaking into and thriving in tech.
