What is the state of qualitative research? What are organizations doing to ensure that the experiences that are being designed are truly anchored in human stories?
As development moves from waterfall to agile, and designers embrace design thinking, how is research positioned in organizations? Meena will share insights from qualitative research on the state of qualitative research, and open up discussions as to what organizations should be doing in order to position research successfully. Much of Meena’s talk will be based on data collected from researchers and non-researchers during workshops conducted in the past 3 years.
Come join a passionate discussion on research as a discipline, and walk away with reflections and action items you can implement in your organization.
