The control of personal data is moving away from large corporations towards the people the data relates to.
Students will be briefly introduced to techniques that enable them to uncover the real reasons their customers are motivated to use products and services. They will then be introduced to a Designing With Data Experience Map. This tool will enable attendees to quantify the value, meaning and engagement specific design tactics have on their customer’s experience. From this baseline, they’ll learn how to create new value by conducting data-focused design experiments.
We will provide a pre-reading document that will take about 15 minutes for participants to read.
