About this workshop

We’ve all been told that if we follow our passions, they’ll lead us to a fulfilling and happy career. Unfortunately, that’s only one piece of the equation. So many people spend years of their life chasing after something that can never be obtained while feeling stuck along the way. The fact is that sometimes we fail to recognize that we have the ability to make changes to our current jobs to make them work better for us instead of jumping ship. If you want to make your job work better for you, this workshop is for you.

Takeaways

  • Understand why we often feel so restless in our jobs
  • Learn what you need to thrive in your work and life using the core principles of Positive Psychology
  • Assess your core values and practice communicating what’s important to you
  • Identify the changes you need to make in order to go from a sense of chaos to feeling more in control
  • Challenge your thoughts about success so you can get the results you want

Prereqs & Preparation

This will be a highly-interactive workshop, so be ready to ask yourself the tough questions in order to get the most out of it. Please take this Values In Action assessment beforehand and bring your results to the workshop with you.
