About this class

We live in a world that sometimes demands that we be outspoken to avoid being overlooked. And as it relates to work, we'll often see that struggling to describe who we are and what they do leads to missed opportunities for advancement. This session is focused on helping creatives working in design and tech navigate the spaces where they're most often asked to introduce themselves.

Through a series of prompts and interactive activities, you'll learn a framework and strategies for introducing yourself and speaking about your work with authenticity and poise.

Takeaways

  • Digital copies of all workshop materials and resources
  • A polished introduction for your most frequent or challenging scenario
  • Multiple rounds of introduction practice with fellow participants
  • 1 - 2 participants will be invited to share their introductions with the group at large
