About this event

Despite the fact that there are more women working in technology than ever before, just 24% of computer positions and 19% of STEM majors were held by women in 2022. This underrepresentation is a disservice to both women and society at large.

Although tech is moving away from being a traditionally male-dominated industry, there is more that needs to be done. Championing women in tech is more important than ever. Women can offer a different perspective and a fresh approach to tackle problems, develop solutions, and drive innovation. The presence of women in the industry can encourage others to pursue careers in technology, and down the line, this can only aid in closing the gender pay gap across the board.

In this session, hear from successful female tech leaders about their journey in the industry. Gain an understanding of why championing women in tech is so important, and how you can get involved.
