Get ahead of 2025's biggest tech talent shifts. Register for our December 11th webinar.
The role of the CTO (or Technology Leader) is about much more than Technology. Good CTOs know that you must systematically address issues around People and Process in order to build a strong, scalable, and sustainable Technology stack. The CTO’s skills in business, product, creative, and social are critical factors in building successful technology teams.
How do you become a CTO? How do you find, work with, or partner with a CTO (as a CEO, CXO, or VP of Business Development/Sales/Marketing)? At this event, you will interact with local professionals to learn about the role of the technology leader (Team/Tech Lead, Director of Development, VP of Engineering, Chief Technology Officer, etc.) and the path that these people took to get to where they are today. Developers, engineers, and programmers will gain valuable insights for grooming and expanding their career opportunities. Business and creative types will learn what motivates technically-minded people, how to attract them, and how to help them blossom at their companies.
The CTO Series at General Assembly aims to connect technology leaders with the next generation of upcoming talent in order to foster a healthy, strong, and vibrant technology ecosystem. The event is targeted at freshly minted technology talent and up and coming business leaders and executives. The event consists of a series of short lightning talks followed by a panel discussion with Q&A.
Look for the CTO Series to continue at General Assembly’s Downtown LA and Orange County campuses.
