Andrew Maguire and Nathan Parcells are co-founders of Looksharp, now the largest US based college job platform with over 10 million students using the site annually. Andrew and Nathan started the company directly out of college with no experience and no technical founder. As a team they learned how to hire A+ talent, grow a marketplace, raise over $10 million in capital and how to build a successful business, team and culture.
