You are an entrepreneur about to embark on fundraising for the first time. What do you need to know? In this class, the instructor shares her experience of more than a decade of advising start-ups. She reveals the practical the tips and company law principles all entrepreneurs need in their tool box to structure the equity holdings in their companies, and negotiate the command and control provisions in shareholders' agreements.
